By accessing the Website, you accept all Terms outlined in this document without limitation or qualification. Your access and use of the Website is conditional on your acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, then you may not access or use the Website or its content.

While we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of changes to the Website and Terms, it is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms to ensure you are familiar with their current form. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes to the Terms.
You warrant to the Department of Transport and Main Roads that you will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or is otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
Definitions
"Website" means the online interactive educational road safety program provided through the website at www.journi.au.
"User" means anyone using the Website.
"Registered User" means a User of the Website who created an account by signing up and for whom we currently store their Personal Information, according to our Privacy Policy.
"We", "us" and "our" means the State of Queensland, Department of Transport and Main Roads.
"You" and "your" means a person who uses the Website.
"Intellectual Property Rights" means all copyright, trade mark, design, patent, semiconductor or circuit layout rights and other proprietary rights and any rights of registration of such rights existing anywhere in the world created at any time, but excludes moral rights for integrity of ownership, attribution of authorship and no false attribution of authorship as conferred by the Copyright Act 1968 (C’th).
Privacy
By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
Any Personal Information, or information about you, provided to us by you is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you agree to the collection, storage, and use of Personal Information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Registration
You are not required to register to use some of the content on the Website, specifically the Educator Resources. However, most functionality of the Website is only available to Registered Users.
To become a Registered User you need to create an account by clicking the 'sign up' button and entering your details into the form.
Registered User accounts must not be shared between multiple users or transferred to another user by updating the account details on the Website. Re-using a Registered User account for multiple people is a breach of our Terms. You will need to sign up and create an account before you can use the Website.
Termination of access
Any Registered User who does not comply with these Terms, or who uses the Website in a manner deemed to be inappropriate by us (“Misuse”), or who engages in unlawful behaviour, may have their access to the Website revoked.
Misuse includes, but is not limited to, behaviour which infringes on the privacy, security, property or other rights of another person, or that is abusive, offensive or defamatory.
Misuse also includes, but is not limited to, actions that degrade or disrupt the operation of the Website, including denial of service, accessing the Website or a user’s account without authorisation, or attempting to manipulate a user’s account information.
We reserve the right in its sole discretion to terminate, block or restrict your use of this Site or any portion thereof, for any or no reason, and without notice, obligation or liability to you or any other person. In addition, the ARSF reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify any Site feature or offering, without notice, for any or no reason, and without notice, obligation or liability to you or any other person.
You may choose to terminate your use of the Website at any time by deleting your Registered User account via your account settings (please note that this action is irreversible). See our Privacy Policy for details on how Personal Information is handled in regards to use and deletion of user accounts.
Intellectual property
All Intellectual Property Rights in the content in the Website, including without limitation all materials displayed on or produced through the Website, including information, text, images, photographs, graphics, animations, illustrations, audio, music, video, software and documentation, logos, trademarks, icons, and the design of this Website belong to us, or our partners, and are protected by copyright, unless otherwise indicated.
You may not copy, edit, modify, adapt, reproduce, republish, redistribute, resell or upload this content to a third-party, and may not sub-license any of these materials to others, without explicit permission in writing from us.
You may print and download materials and information on the Website solely for educational and non-commercial use, subject to our intellectual property rights. The materials on the Website are provided as an information source only. We make no statements, representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of, and you should not rely on, any information contained on the Website. We also do not represent or warrant that the Website will be error free or continuously available.

The laws of Queensland, Australia govern these terms. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia in any action or legal process concerning these terms.

a reference to a document (including these Terms) is to that document as varied, novated, ratified or replaced from time to time;
